Four Easy Steps to Register as a Champion

- Go to www.HealthiestState.org, click on Health Trackers and click on “Don’t have an account? Create One.”
- Select Individual Champion in the drop down box, enter your email address and click on Join.
- Complete your Champion Registration Profile, choose a password and click on Submit.
- The next screen will ask you to select the Participating Organization(s) with which you would like to affiliate (your miles will roll up to the organization’s total) and click on Submit. If the organization is underlined, you can click on it to join a team. Select your team and click on Save.
You are now registered as a Champion!
To log-in and log miles, go to www.HealthiestState.org and click on Health Trackers. Enter your user name (email address), password and click on Sign In.
From your home page, the navigation bar on the right side of your screen has all the links you need to log miles, track weight and more!
The 2009 Governor’s Health Bowl starts on September 18th and runs through November 1st. Help us log 6 million miles of health!
