  1. Print out and post the Healthiest Business Challenge poster in your office.
  2. Print or email the “How to Register as a Champion”  document to your staff, board or members.
  3. Circulate the information on forming teams. Come up with a creative team names and register your team online at HealthiestState.org.
  4. Log your miles of healthy activity at HealthiestState.org.
  5. Share the information on the fabulous prizes available – both for businesses and individuals participating in the Health Bowl as Champions!
  6. Distribute the tips for improving health in the workplace.
  7. Have fun!
